"Excellent" - C. Montgomery Burns
Pitch black with a half finger of a medium tan head.
Aroma is lots of hop and dark malts, along with a hint of alcohol. The flavors are remarkably well balanced and nothing really comes across as overly aggressive or out of balance. A very quick aftertaste, which is surprisingly discreet.
Lots of aroma and flavor, but the short aftertaste makes for a relatively easy to drink Imperial Stout - be careful, though, with the 10% ABV, this is a sipping beer!
