Comments
Forgettable, but not Regrettable
The Amber Ale from the Bluegrass Brewing Company pours a transparent amber with about a half finger of foamy head, which dissipates quickly.
The aroma is a nice balance of hops and malt, with subtle floral notes - not overly assertive, but pleasing. Taste is about the same, with the hoppy floral notes a bit more pronounced toward the end. The beer has a very subtle but not unpleasant hoppy aftertaste.
The beer has a medium-light to light body - a little bit more watery than expected, but carbonation is appropriate.
