Gose with some plum
Hitachino Nest's Anbai Plum is a hazy light gold with a very slight head which converted to a ring rather quickly.
I get some sweet malt and a some bread with a slight plum breath lingering when I take a sniff.
Taste is some light fruit sour with a bit of darkness provided by the plum. I expected it to be a bit darker and rich than this.
Medium to light body with a slight bite of carbonation to keep it from being too smooth.
A bit disappointing, especially considering the higher price tag compared to my other options.
