A must-try Rocket Republic beer
Astronut Brown Ale looks gorgeous in the glass with a bronze-like caramel color and a beige head that shrank no smaller than a cap. Leaves large sheets of lacing on the glass with each drink.
I get a big huff of roasted nuts with a hint of coffee in the background. Quite a strong and enjoyable aroma.
Taste is also strong on the roasted nuts with some dirt and bitterness rounding things out.
Feels fairly light and quite smooth despite the obvious presence of carbonation in the ever-present foamy cap and lacing.
A superb flagship beer, a must-try if sampling Rocket Republic.
