It’s brewed with a rare combination of Hersbrucker and Strisselspalt hops but has the decency to respect your palate with a balanced malt finish. Not your expected hop pairing by today’s standards, our lager is brewed using hand-selected Hersbrucker hops for a subtle, herbal aroma and Strisselspalt hops for notes of black currants.
