Big Wave is a lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma and flavor – a smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. Sweet and simple
Big Wave poured out a clear gold with a white soda head. Smell is lemony/citrus hops. The ale's taste is grassy hops with a citrus finish that hides any bitterness well. An ale for people who like hops smell and citrus flat or but wince at the bitter bite? Light body begs to be gulped. If you are a fan of the simple flavor, you will drink copious amounts of this.
