My favorite peach beer yet
Blue Pant's Wheat with Peach looks like a peach was thrown into a blender. I ordered it on draft at Mellow Mushroom. It is cloudy, peach-colored brew with a small cap that promptly disappeared. Also has the look of really sandy water in a glass. I'm part intrigued and concerned about what to expect when I pick it up.
Smells of peach. Huh! Pretty straight-forward peach smell. May be a bit of honey or butter but peach dominates my nose.
Oh my, what a sour delight. This is a great combination of peach and sour with a bit of grass.
This beer is absolutely thick with wheat, which is nice but also a bit of an annoyance because I kinda want some of the debris I see to actually be peach pulp. No problem with a sour buildup; peach and sour balance in a very pleasant way.,
