Comments
Good, but average.
Slightly cloudy golden yellow, with a thin layer head.
Slight nose: soft malt, a little citrus hops.
Flavor is nicely refreshing, with a stronger hop flavor and bitterness than the nose, and a moderate aftertaste. A little peppery on the finish as well.
A medium light body and moderate carbonation.
The nose is a little lacking, but this is a fairly typical witbear, although it lacks some or the subtly found in other wits.
