Cahaba Single Hop #10 with Ella hops poured a clear straw with a white head.

The taste has quite a hop bite with a citrus and spice kick, but this balances nicely with the malt for very little bitterness.

What will challenge you, dear beer drinker, is probably going to be the smell of this version of Single Hop. The Ella hops give this ale a very strong cat urine smell that stands out a bit more than the pine aroma. Knowing the smell is to be expected, it didn't bother me much, but I can see it being an obstacle for others.
