Liquid Tropical Starburst
Ciderboys' Pineapple Hula came to my table in a pint glass, looking like a slightly filtered glass of pineapple juice; light yellow and a little hazy. Smell is very complex pineapple but muted a bit...maybe by the apple? Taste is also complex pineapple, but has more of a baked pineapple flavor than the fresh pineapple when I smell. Both the smell and taste are interesting, but to also have the fresh smell with a baked flavor, I'm even more intrigued. Smooth. I was grateful to find that the sweetness didn't build while I drank the glass. I think two may be my limit before needing to switch gears.
