Not too sweet
Looks almost exactly like apple juice (no surprise) except for the seconds-long foamy white head.
Lots of sweet apple, and a hint of cinnamon in the aroma, but the taste is much less sweet than I expected. Lots of apple and a little bit of an alcohol kick in the finish. A little bit less sweet than many ciders, but I actually like this compared to some of the sweeter ciders.
