Beer in Coffee Clothing
Salty Nut's Coffee Dahkness is black with a thick tan head. Once the head melted away, the glass honestly looked like it had coffee in it (so, so black).
The smell and taste continue the masquerade with the identity of a coffee with a splash of milk.
Okay, that's really great for a coffee stout. What really stands out to me, though, is how light the body is - just like a cup of coffee.
So...all being assessed. If you like coffee but want to drink beer and need to hide such a choice, let's just say that your boss and coworkers wouldn't question what's in your coffee mug. Until maybe your fourth cup.
Great stout
Tastes great. Less filling!
