This birthday suit needs to cover up a bit
I have never heard of Uinta, Crooked Line, nor Birthday suit. This year I've fallen in love with sour beers. When I was on vacation in FL, saw a commemorative bomber of a sour plum ale, I knew I was going to buy it.
Beer is a burnt orange with no head. This smells of sourness, Belgian yeast, and plums, but it is not a strong aroma. The taste isn't quite as fruity as I was expecting. Sour dominates with a bit of sugar on the taste. While it tastes good, I kinda thought a 22nd birthday brew would be more complex than what this is. Consistency is light like a cider.
