Named for being the 51st recipe entry into head brewer Dan's beer notebook, this pale ale is packed with hop flavor but not overly bitter. Hoppy Pale Ale
51 poured out a clear gold with a lot of visible bubbles and a small, white head. Smell is combo of grassy and citrus hops. The taste is nearly as hop-centric as the aroma, but there is a bit of grain/bread on the tongue. Carbonation zings my tongue more than I normally care for. I think this is what lots of NASCAR beers think they taste like.
