Comments
A pretty tame experiment, but still good.
Clear light gold, almost straw colored, with a full and fluffy white head. Careful pouring - the carbonation is on the high side!
Grainy and sweet aroma, with a subtle and herbal Noble hop aroma. Very refreshing. Taste is very much on the easy drinking side, with a pale, pilsner character, although the hop flavors are on the subtle side, even for that style. A clean and quick finish.
A bit tamer than I was expecting, the Millennium and Hallertau version of the Goose Island Experimental still hits the spot for a summer easy drinking beer.
