Clear golden amber with a full fluffy white head that recedes quickly to a thin, bubbly layer.

Bready, slightly grainy aroma, with just a touch of fruitiness and a slightly grassy hops. The flavor is very easy drinking, with a little bit of sweetness, a light and grassy hop character (with fairly low bitterness), and a fairly quick finish.

Perfect for summer, the Goose Island Summer Kölsch is just what you want from an easy drinking and good tasting beer.
