Clear, bitter lager
No fancy swingtop for me, just the good old popcap for this bottle of Grolsch. Lager poured out completely clear with a light straw color and hardly any white head. Smells of grain and earthy hops with a light fruit (like grapes or kiwi) in the background. It tastes of grain and bitter with a lingering bitter aftertaste. Very light on the tongue with just a spritz of fizz to keep from being watery. Quite disappointed.
