Terrapin Hi-5 IPA is a California Style IPA, which means it’s full of hops. It pours a clear golden color and smells of piny, citrusy hops. The flavor is extremely hoppy, but really well controlled so as not to overwhelm you with a bitter aftertaste. There’s definitely still some kick at the finish, but not nearly so much as the flavor might have you expecting.
