Description:

We scraped all the hash out of the Yakima hop pelletizers we could get our sticky fingers on to concoct the dankest double IPA out there. The pure hop lupulin, aka “hash” (the resiny stuff), meshes seamlessly with the 2-row, pilsner and wheat malts, allowing it to deliver a pungent punch to the palate. Hop Hash was poured into my Rocket City Brewfest tasting glass gold in color with a white head. Earth and pine are blended together when I smell my glass. The taste, however, is a bit brighter in tone with an emphasis on grass and pine. Not quite as bitter as I was expecting.
