Don't let the word 'accident' scare you.
Intended to be our DIPA, our grain crush wasn't quite right for this one, but the final product was one we didn't want to keep from sharing.
With an hop profile of 122 IBU's, it's hoppy, but very smooth.
A very nice copper color with a satisfying malt profile. (Description provided by company)
