Hoppy but not bitter
Hopsoon is a clear gold with a finger thick white head which slowly evaporated and left strings of lacing on the glass.
Smells of herbal and citrus hops.
Taste takes the smell and adds a bit of pine resin to this. The one thought that keeps crossing my mind is how fresh this tastes.
I usually love to smell hoppy beers but usually get overwhelmed by the hop bitterness. Hopsoon has strong hop traits but the bitterness has been tamed very well.
