A Spiced Beer that Tastes Like Beer
Pours a cloudy pale gold. Cloudy, with about two fingers of bubbly head. Nice lacing and moderate dissipation in the head.
Nose is malt and wheat, with a slight citrus hop aroma. Floral and some subtle spice aroma as well.
Taste is strong on malt and wheat up front, and the hops coming out more at the finish. Hops are citrus and floral. Long aftertaste, but not distracting or unpleasant. The juniper and spices are mostly present in the aftertaste.
Medium light body and relatively low carbonation.
A beer with some nice spices that aren't too subtle or too overpowering. A nice departure from more "traditional" beers.
