Description:
Miss Fancy’s Tripel is a strong Belgian golden ale rich in flavor and alcohol. The use of malts, traditional hops, a proprietary yeast blend and Belgian candi sugar creates a very special beer named after a very special elephant. Miss Fancy’s Tripel is remarkably smooth and refreshing for such a high ABV beer. CAUTION! Miss Fancy’s Tripel is brewed for humans but strong enough for elephants. (Description provided by company)

Miss Fancy is Quite a Fine Tripel
This is my first sample of any of Avondale's beer. Miss Fancy poured out of the bomber a cloudy, rusty orange with hardly any bubbles collecting on top of the beer as I poured. Smells of Belgian sugar and light fruits. I get apricot, sugar, some sourdough, and a boozy finish when I taste. The tripel feels a bit thinner than it looks like it should.
Overall, very nice and another great beer from Alabama.
