What an Oktoberfest should be!
A dark reddish amber with a thin, off white head.
Malty and rich. Caramel, toffee, and a hint of a herbal hops.
Very rich and malty. Bitterness is pretty low, but the caramel and toffee flavors are nice, rich, and slightly sweet. A low bitterness, and a quick aftertaste.
Rich and malty, just like an Oktoberfest should be, the Three Floyds Munsterfest is a great example of the style!
