Ain't Trippin'
New Holland’s Night Tripper Imperial Stout pours an inviting black; smooth, with little carbonation. There’s a lot of retention in the creamy brown head. The nose is barley and malt, with a hint of chocolate nuttiness. There’s huge flavor to this beer- strong malts, barley, raisin, and chocolate. 11.5% ABV is a lot to contend with, but this beer does a nice job balancing everything.
