Living up to it's name, Harviestoun's Old Engine Oil went into the glass as I expected, creating a tan head about two-fingers thick that slowly shrank to a cap and left sheets of lacing as I drank from the glass. Lots of coffee and chocolate on the nose with a bit of caramel and cream also lingering. Taste is mostly bitter coffee with a creamy chocolate that mellows the bitterness. Goes down very smooth.

An excellent porter that does not seemed overhyped to me at all.
