Comments
Molto Beer-o!
Pours a pale and clear straw yellow, with a half finger of head. Head only lasts for about 30 seconds, and leaves little lacing.
Nose is strong with pale biscuit malt along with some earthy and slightly spicy hop aromas.
Taste is strong on pale malt flavors, with a quick and dry finish. Malts are primarily biscuit and slightly bready with little sweetness. Earthy hop flavors are subtle, and hop bitterness is fairly low.
A light body with some refreshing and crisp carbonation.
A crisp and refreshing Euro lager, Peroni is an import worthy of at least a try. The Euro Pale lager has a pretty broad appeal, and this one is easy to find.
I guess it's better than the avg US lager...
Pale highlighter yellow in my glass with a small white head which left PRONTO! After the disappointing looks, Peroni Nastro Azzurro got a bit better with an aroma of strong pale malts and spicy, earthy hops. Peroni's hops provide a sharp bite to the taste, which is accented by prickly carbonation on the tongue.
