More like 50% Fury, 50% Delicious
Full head with a vigorous pour, which is fluffy and leaves little streaks of lacing. The beer itself is a light and clear amber. Overall, a nice looking IPA.
Lots of fruity and citrus hops - both in the aroma and in the flavor. The bitterness is not too bad - somewhere around moderate - but there are lots of hop flavors going on. You've got some fruit, grapefruit, pine resin, and earthy flavors. The malt is crisp, but mostly in the background.
With the name Pure Fury, I was expecting something like a hop bomb from Rhinegeist, but I'm certainly not disappointed. It's nice that the focus is on the flavors rather than the bitterness.
