Poured out of a bomber right out of the fridge at about 38 degrees.
In the glass, this is a pretty standard looking IPA, although it is a bit cloudier than some. A light amber in color, and completely translucent. A thin head off the pour, that slowly grows into an off white head that was, at most, about one finger thick. The head did stick around for awhile, though, leaving some bubbles along the edges of the glass.
A bright and appealing nose (assuming that you like IPAs and their typical hop aromas). Hop aromas from the Amarillo hops are very strong on the grapefruit and orange/tangerine aromas as well as a light fruit aroma. A malty background aroma is nice and bready and also has a very slight caramel malt sweetness.

Hoppy and flavorful!
The Yellow Snow IPA pours a hazy orange-amber with two fingers of foamy head with medium retention and attractive lacing.
Nose is unsurprisingly hoppy, with citrus, piney, and grassy hops the most prominent - a little malt is also detectable. Taste is hoppy but not overly bitter or unbalanced - the malt is very subtle, and the citrus and piney flavors are most prominent. A slightly bitter a finish that lingers.
It has a medium body with medium carbonation. Feels nicely smooth in the mouth. Although hoppy, the citrus-y notes help keep it from being too bitter or unpleasant.
