Pours out a cloudy and hazy gold with about a finger and a half of a very attractive, dense and smooth head. Fairly long lasting as well.

The subtle aroma is mostly of soft, and smooth wheat aromas, along with a very subtle citrus brightness and pepper spicyness. Much less than many wheat beers, though. Very easy drinking, there is a bit of a sweetness in the taste which may drive some away, but for the person that likes the "softness" of wheat beers, I think it would be well-receive.

The finish is quite quick and not filmy or annoying.
