Description:

Our Dry Hopped American Pale Ale (APA) is charged with American hops to create a bold, aromatic ale. Assertive hop flavor joins the pine/citrus aroma characteristic of American hops to balance the full body provided by North American malts. After fermentation, the beer circulates through a bed of Cascade and Chinook hops, boosting the distinctive hop aroma of this satisfying ale. (Description provided by company)

Pours a translucent golden orange with a very thin and short lived head.

Lots of hop aromas, pine, citrus, and a light fruit. The malt is bready but more subtle.

A strong hoppiness upfront, with the moderate bitterness fairly prominent. The hops are far more assertive than the malt flavors, and the aftertaste is quite long and heavy on the pine flavors.

A medium body and carbonation.

If you're looking for stronger hop flavors and a moderate bitterness, the Schlafly Dry-Hopped APA has what you're looking for.
