Description:

A crisp IPA with a touch of pepper. A happy accident led us to try infusing our Eye Patch Ale with fresh Serrano peppers. We wanted to share this deliciousness with you. Serrano Eye Patch has all the crisp, clean characteristics of an IPA, with a great pepper aroma and a touch of heat to cut the bitterness on the back end. If you can't stand the heat, get out of the brewery. (Description provided by company)

Monday Night's Serrano Eye Patch Ale pours a copper color, with a creamy head. Big hop nose, big hop flavor define this beer. It's very well balanced, just like the regular Eye Patch. Do I taste any heat? Maybe, but it's subtle in the finish, if at all.
