What a shock: a lot of spice, not a lot of beer
Shock Top Pumpkin Wheat pours a muddy copper with very little head to speak of. Nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves make up the nose but it has a bit of a flatness to it. The flavor is the same. Very little hop flavoring this beer- it's just kind of sweet and filled with fall spices. It isn't horrible for what it is. But what it is doesn't taste much like beer.
