How did we end up in this situation? Plenty of blame to go around for sure, but we're going to have to formulate our way out of this mess. Beer climates change, seasons creep but the liquid must remain cyc. Hey man, it is all about the %*@#ing formulation. Now that's Mad Science. (Description provided by company)

Global Warmer is a dull amber in my glass with a thumb-thick off-white head which slowly melted. Light lacing.

Smells of pine resin with a hint of nutmeg. Hops completely dominates the nose.

Taste doesn't vary much from the smell with pine resin grabbing most of my attention, but there is a sweet maltiness that I can't taste as much as detect because there is a mellowing of the hop bitterness in the second half of the swallow.

This is the lightest winter warmer I've had and it was the first in which hops dominated so completely instead of a spicy punch that cuts through a rich malt body.
