Opened a bomber of Hellfire from Straight to Ale and poured into a couple of snifters. It came out a dark amber, nearly bronze, with a finger-thick beige head that lingered as film. Heaping amounts of candied dried fruits with a whisp of booze on the nose. Taste is basically the same as the smell but with a bitter finish that deftly comes and goes without distracting you too much from the boozy fruit. Very full bodied with bubbles that provide body without adding bite to the taste buds.
