Tart and Sour
What Gose Up is a cloudy, dirty gold with a pinkish hue. There is a tiny ring around the glass which leaves a surprising amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell is very much raspberry, and more like fresh than raspberry flavoring.
Raspberry remains the focus in the taste. At first, I was hit a bit hard from a cherry-like tartness. But it mellowed out the more I drank.
Wish this was available some time over the summer because I definitely would kick back from yard work to down a couple of glasses of this gose.
