It was commissioned of us by Visit Philadelphia in order to capture the essence of a city that is rich in history and in flavor. Hop showcased in an accessible way
Clear straw in the glass with a small white head. Smells of grassy hops, floral notes, and butterscotch. I taste grassy and earthy hops that smoothed out to a dry aftertaste. Medium body with light carbonation. As someone that isn't a hop fan, I personally would give it a 3 overall. However, I really think others that aren't as bothered by hops would enjoy this.
