Pours a cloudy yellow with a thin head. Head dissipates quickly and leaves a nice thin ring of bubbles. A little bit of lacing as you work your way through the glass.

A fruity and citrusy aroma. Very pleasant, and not too overpowering or subtle. Just right.

Taste is less fruity than the aroma, although there is some noticeable citrus flavors. Bitterness is overall quite low, but the lack of fruity ester flavors is a little disappointing. A little bit of an unpleasant astringency toward the end.

Medium full body and moderate carbonation. A little more body than expected for the style, but not a bad surprise.

The nice appearance and aroma of Tap Room 21's Belgian White led to some slight disappointment with the slightly flat flavor and slight astringent flavor.
