The Quintessential American Beer?
Translucent golden amber with a thin foamy head. Nice lacing and moderate retention.
Malty and slightly floral nose, with bready and caramel malt aromas.
Taste is stronger on hops, with floral, pine and a little citrus dominating. A fairly long aftertaste with a little bitterness. A nice crisp hop undertone, throughout.
Moderately light body and carbonation.
Very sessionable, very easy to drink, but a nicely balanced IPA.
