Vern's Lemon Classic Mead

Vern's lemon mead came in a small glass looking like a glass of white wine; hardly in the straw color range. Aroma isn't strong but I get honey, spice, and lemon. The taste starts with lemon, then there is a waffling between honey and a pinot grigiot to me. But when the flavors die down, I'm left with a mellowed lemon aftertaste. It is so yummy. While the wine flavors remind you this is alcoholic, this is a very sneaky drink that will have you weaving when you walk before you expect it. Enjoy carefully.
