It is a shame that this is a limited release and not in regular rotation. This is one of my favorite sours now.

Victory's Berliner Weisse with elderflower pours a hazy straw with a thin white cap of a head which melted away in a couple of minutes. No lacing while drinking.

Sour fruits fill my nose with each sniff, I get a lot of citrus and floral notes.

The taste follows the aromas with tart fruits which inspire a slight puckering of my mouth. That merely causes my tongue to have more of the beer to roll over it and adds greater appreciation for the flavors intermingling in this brew. The carbonation is lively and helps to clear the palette leaving little aftertaste when all is said and done.
