Comments
Wine cooler-like beer
Victory's Kirsch Gose is a pinkish orange with a thick, soda bubbly pale pink head that quickly evaporated. Tart cherries and sour fill the nose with each sniff. The taste is similar with a cherry Sourpatch candy flavor which thankfully has a clean finish to prevent it from building up. This gose has a very light body with ample tiny bubbles, which give it a wine cooler like feel to go along with the flavor.
If I had done a blind taste test, I may have called this a wine cooler or a Cherry Zima. Not that I think that's bad.
