A Quintessential Pilsner
Pours a light, almost clear, pale yellow. A foamy head with good retention and nice lacing.
Malty nose and taste. A very subtle floral hop taste, although not very dominant. Although nicely balanced, the malt flavors dominating do push the beer closer to the "sweet" end of the spectrum. Very quick aftertaste, and a very light body and high carbonation give this beer a "refreshing" character.
