Don't think of this hopped cider as trendy
Wyndridge Crafty Hopped Cider is a rather unattractive bright straw yellow. The hops really complement the cider, adding floral and herbal notes to the apples when I smell. The taste is light, tart apples with some herbs, only very slightly bitter from the hops. The hop bitterness is mostly coming across as a "dry" finish. I'm starting to enjoy hopped ciders and will give Wyndridge credit for nicely balancing the hop level. While I tend to love Woodchuck, I prefer this hopped cider to theirs.
