Great for any ship, really!
A very slightly cloudy golden yellow. A finger of a bubbly white head which thins out relatively quickly.
Lots of fruity and citrus hop aromas: grapefruit, melon, and a subtle pale malt.
A dry flavor - the tartness of the citrus hops is quite strong, and the sweeter fruity flavors are much more subdued. A very dry and short aftertaste, that doesn't get too assertive or lingering.
A medium light body and moderate carbonation.
Nice strong hop flavors with controlled bitterness, the Stillwater Yacht is perfect for enjoying on it's namesake (or anywhere else!)
