A 5% ABV Dry Irish Stout (hence the DIS), DIS Lil' Lass has been a huge hit for STA and a boon to local and regional St. Paddy's Day celebrations. Light in body and immensely drinkable, it has notes of coffee and semi-sweet chocolate with a dry finish.

A rich Abbey-style brown ale made to style with fruity Belgian yeast and Belgian candi sugar, Brother Joseph is filled with notes of raisins, figs, and dates and a hint of caramel. It has very little hop presence and is 8% ABV.
