Stunning in color, the West Sixth Amber (also known at the Deliberation Amber in our taproom) is perhaps our most beautiful looking beer. Yeast and hops take the backseat as malt shines with a crisp, biscuity zing. Flaked rye gives the impression of toasted rye toast and candied pecans.

A non traditional american wheat beer that was fermented with one of our house ale yeasts, pours with an off-white head and has a light lemon flavor. Spicy lemon citrus hits the nose. The Sorachi Ace hops provide tangy, lemony qualities that work in unison with the lemongrass.
