Monday Night Brewing

Brief History and Information:

Monday Night Brewing originated from a local Bible study group. Brewing beer became a group activity on Monday nights. Time goes by, the group grows, and a brewery is born.

The brewery and tasting room are open four days a week. For $12, a visitor gets a tour, a souvenir pint glass, and six 6 ounce pours of beer. If you visit within a day of your birthday, you get the tasting tour for free!

That tousled, frizzy hairstyle isn’t fooling anyone. You woke up, threw on some clothes, and headed out the door. Your coworkers stare at your bed head and snicker. But you embrace it, grinning...

A pirate without the use of his eyes is a bitter man indeed. And this Blind Pirate’s bitterness is only matched by his boldness. He doesn’t care if you enjoy the citrusy, spicy combination of hops...

A juicy IPA. Pirates love citrus fruits almost as much as they love blood. If the phrase “you are what you eat” is true, then pirates are blood oranges. If the phrase “you are what you drink” is...

Cinnamon is a versatile spice. You can stir it into oatmeal, add it to chili, and even snort it (not recommended). We thought we’d add it to our already delicious Drafty Kilt as a special treat....

Why mess with the perfection that is Drafty Kilt Scotch Ale? We just couldn’t help ourselves. Nitrogenating instead of carbonating gives this beer a creamier mouthfeel, and blends the malt flavors...

A roasty scotch ale with a hint of smoke. Full-bodied, but not overpowering. Smokey, but not in a creepy bar kind of way. Sweet, but not obnoxiously so. Sound like your ideal mother-in-law? Fair...

A bright, spicy Belgian-style wit. An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East. This mustachio’d Belgian-style wit...

If a Russian Imperial Stout is a big stout brewed for Russia, what is a big stout brewed with hazelnuts imported from Georgia, a country bordering Russia? We maintain that it should be called a...
