Brief History and Information: 

A Fathers Day present turned a man into a brewer. With a tip of a hat to the Rocket City in Alabama and the Conch Republic in Florida, Rocket Republic was born. But the location isn't the only rocket connection, half of the owners are actually rocket engineers!
