Nice, normal wheat beer from Blue Pants
Blue Pants Witbier was a fairly clear light gold with a mild white head which receded to a ring.
Smells of doughy bread and sugar sweetness. I think grass is what I get a bit at the end.
Taste is a bit more plain than the smell. The bready flavor is rounded out by sweetness and ends with a dry finish.
Very light body, but not watery. I can certainly see having this as a lawnmower beer.
